I have just had my 4th Morpheus 8 treatment with Caitliyn and felt really valued as a person by her excellent care. She provided all the information on my first visit of the process and expected outcomes  of the treatment. I felt safe under her care. She practiced good hygiene procedures throughout and put me at ease at all time. I would highly recommend treatment by Caitlyn. Had cool sculpting done three months ago have to say I am really impressed with the results. The staff are super super friendly and everyone is very chilled.

I really liked nurse Debbie. Dr Vadim was super informative too as a surgeon gave me his genuine insight into why nonsurgical treatments can be even more effective than surgery or liposuction itself. They were both super friendly, very informative and gave me lots of options and choices about what treatments I could have the fact that she has had these treatments itself was really impressive, and she certainly looked very good !

I could strongly recommend coming to the Cheshire Medi spa because the reception staff are very friendly and very welcoming. I came in with my daughter who had a chronic skin condition that needed light therapy. Honestly  your staff were amazing, absolutely amazing with her.  She was massively struggling with self confidence with the way she looked and walking into a clinic like yours wouldn’t have been easy for her.

Each and every one of them over the period we came in made her feel completely at ease. The treatment was done with minimum fuss in a friendly atmosphere. Each time we left feeling so happy and positive. The  clinic was an absolute life saver at a time we were struggling massively.

As a older man I felt really insecure about coming to such an incredible place with so much hype about the doctors here that I have to say I am so pleasantly surprised. The receptionist knew my first name she was so sweet and gave me so much attention. The nurse assist me was absolutely exceptional and made me feel so comfortable. I saw a male Dr who made me feel boosted like I had Hope, and also gave me a full MOT as well as a big lecture about smoking. Three months later, I feel fighting fit. I have had a lot of Coolsculpting and I genuinely feel like I did when I was 30 years old.

Recently had the ultra cell treatment at the Medispa group I had one in the Liverpool clinic and one in the Mayfair clinic and I have to say I’ve had a fantastic result.

The lady who did my treatment was extremely efficient she was a nurse and in Mayfair Dr Vadim  did my treatment he also was very good had a fantastic bedside manner and was really caring about my concerns.

I have to say over the 40 years I have been to very many cosmetic clinics however this clinic run by Dr. Nyla  Has  to be one of the best medical clinics  I have ever been to mainly because they have an outstanding reputation, are extremely trustworthy  but also They understand you r concerns and give you the best experience I’ll take that Customer Service extremely seriously.

It is also extremely interesting  That since I am going to be relocating and may not be able to attend the Medispa clinic I have made some inquiries locally and every clinic is absolutely intrigued I’m very competitive towards the Medispa group particularly asking me on how they have found that experience it is with this hindsight and the fact that they are so highly sort of I have decided to make the 3 1/2 our journey are going to have my annual top up with only the Medi spa group.  My friend has recently had Botox and fillers from the Medispa in Cheshire with Dr. Nyla  herself and she is absolutely ecstatic,  in fact six months later she said her Botox is still very strong and her fillers look so natural !
