Jawline fillers can be used to create a stronger more streamlined appearance of the chin and jaw area. They can also be used to address age-related jowling and the appearance of loose or sagging skin around the neck, chin, throat and décolletage. Jawline fillers are a more dense type of dermal filler, which contains a high concentration of hyaluronic acid. When applied at specific points along the natural structure of the jaw, the smooth gel works to add volume beneath the skin to gently lift and sculpt the chosen area. HA dermal fillers are some of the most versatile products available in the field of facial aesthetics and can help to enhance the look of a variety of features, as well as creating a more radiant and youthful appearance.

Conditions affecting the contouring and definition of the jawline area, including: jowls, sagging skin, a weak jaw, and a weak chin are common concerns that are brought to Doctor Nyla’s attention. As one of the most high profile aesthetic doctors in the UK, Doctor Nyla is regularly approached by the UK press for her opinions on all kinds of issues related to aesthetic medicine, and is a contributor to publications such as OK! Magazine, Grazia, The Daily Mail, The Telegraph, The Times and many more. Our process begins when you are welcomed into the calm, luxurious setting of our clinic, surrounded by the Cheshire countryside, putting you instantly at ease. Our treatments are tailored specifically to meet your needs, using expert techniques to ensure the treatment is delivered as comfortably as possible.

Natural, long-lasting results can improve the overall definition and contouring of the chin and jaw area, as well as smoothing the texture of the skin. Enhancing the look of the lower face with jawline fillers can help to sculpt, lift and tighten this area, which is also an incredible treatment for reducing the look of jowls, as it works to lift and add volume to the skin.

One of the most common issues Doctor Nyla’s clients come to her with is a weak or uneven jawline, which can prevent them from feeling fully confident and comfortable in their appearance. A more chiselled appearance, which Doctor Nyla can help to create, can also make the face look slimmer, enhance round faces and create an overall sleeker and more youthful appearance. Jawline fillers can also be used to treat age-related jowling and the appearance of loose or sagging skin around the neck, chin, throat and decolletage. As dermal fillers physically lift the skin by adding volume, a beautiful tightened appearance can be seen after jawline filler treatment.

Dermal fillers work to enhance structure and add volume under the skin very gently and safely. Doctor Nyla uses Hyaluronic Acid (HA) fillers to create her signature, beautiful results for clients, as they are incredibly safe and are biodegradable, making them perfect for a gentle lift and sculpt, without the need for permanent, surgical intervention. HA dermal fillers are some of the most versatile products available in the field of facial aesthetics, and can be used all over the face, neck and decolletage to gently enhance your own natural beauty and give you confidence in your appearance.

Jawline filler treatment is a great option for both men and women who are looking to enhance this facial feature, or to reverse the signs of ageing. As part of the pre-treatment consultation process, your concerns and expectations will be discussed, putting a tailor-made treatment plan in place to help improve your appearance.

You can expect to receive a superior quality of care at Doctor Nyla Medispa. Our team of aestheticians and doctors are highly experienced and trained professionals who are passionate about aesthetic medicine and the positive impact that it can have in the lives and well-being of our clients. We use only the best products alongside the most effective techniques to produce the best outcome possible.

Doctor Nyla is an expert injector and takes her experiences from her time as a GP and medical professional to make this injectable treatment as painless and comfortable as possible. Steps will be taken to help numb the treatment area, prior to the procedure if this is preferred, including the use of a numbing cream by the team expertly trained by Dr Nyla.

Swelling, redness and mild bruising are common side effects to be expected, following the treatment. Other side effects can include: asymmetry in the treatment area, tenderness and itching. These effects should not stop you from continuing with your day and will have subsided within a few days. In the unlikely event that side effects worsen or do not show signs of settling, please contact the clinic.

You should avoid touching the treated area for around 6 hours after treatment. For 24 hours you should avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, AHA’s and retinols; using water and a gentle cleanser when washing the face for the first few days. For 2 weeks following the treatment, you should not use saunas or steam rooms, as well as not undergoing other treatments including: facials, chemical peels, IPL, facial waxing or microdermabrasion.

At Doctor Nyla, you can expect the highest quality of care every single time, as our experienced team of aestheticians and Doctors, as well as Doctor Nyla herself, of course, are all highly trained and passionate about aesthetic medicine and the impact it can have on the lives of our clients. You’ll start with an in-depth consultation process, that allows us to really get to know you and what you want to see from your treatment. This also gives us the opportunity to understand your medical history and any treatments you’ve had before to ensure your utmost safety throughout the time you spend at the clinic.

On the day of your jawline filler treatment, you will be welcomed to the beautiful, purpose-built Medispa Cheshire by our team. The clinic is designed with you in mind, and the calm, luxurious setting of our clinic, surrounded by the Cheshire countryside, will help to put you at ease instantly! We also offer numbing cream to all of our dermal filler patients to further enhance your comfort and safety throughout the injection procedure.

As part of Doctor Nyla’s extensive medical and aesthetic knowledge, she has a deep understanding of the different types of dermal fillers available, and the different properties they all have. For jawline filler treatments, we usually recommend a filler with a slightly thicker and more dense hyaluronic acid gel, as the jawline is an area that moves around a lot day-to-day, but doesn’t need to carry out the same small, precise movements as areas like the lips, eyes or nose. A thicker filler formula, in this case, allows Doctor Nyla to create dramatic, long-lasting results with less filler, which means a quicker, safer procedure for you.

Dermal filler treatment usually doesn’t take more than around an hour, though all of our treatments are tailored specifically to you, so this can vary. As an expert in injection techniques from her time as a GP and medical professional, Doctor Nyla makes injectable treatments like dermal fillers as painless and comfortable as possible, another reason she is so beloved by her client base.

After your treatment, you can get back to your day almost straight away, however, there are some activities you should avoid and some common symptoms that may cause slight discomfort.

Over the next few days to weeks, these symptoms should gradually subside, however in the unlikely event they become more severe or don’t begin to subside, please contact the clinic. After around four weeks you’ll be able to see the final results of treatment fully, and if you require further treatments to get the perfect result, we can arrange this with you at this point.

You should not touch your face for around 6 hours after jawline filler treatment, and you should avoid makeup for a day or so after treatment. We also recommend only using water and a gentle cleanser for a few days to clean your skin. You should also try to avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise and chemical exfoliants such as AHAs and retinols for 24 hours post-treatment. We also strongly recommend avoiding intense heat, such as saunas and steam rooms, as well as chemical peels, facial waxing, IPL treatments or facials like microdermabrasion for around two weeks after treatment. You can use mild painkillers such as paracetamol to alleviate any discomfort you may feel post-treatment, but should avoid blood-thinning drugs like ibuprofen and aspirin, as this may encourage further bruising and delay recovery time.

Dermal filler treatment for jawlines is a fantastic option for both anti-ageing and facial enhancement, and with Doctor Nyla, can be tailored perfectly to men and women of all ages.

It can help to enhance the face and create a strong jawline that is sculpted, lifted, tightened and chiselled, and is also an incredible treatment for the dreaded jowls, as it works to lift and add volume to the skin. By adding dermal fillers to the area, Doctor Nyla can beautifully contour the jawline to give you the enhanced appearance you need.
