I had a really positive consultation with Dr Nyla at Dr Nyla’s Medi Spa, 32 Dover Street. From the outset, she was warm, professional, open and refreshingly honest.

What I appreciated most was that she didn’t sugarcoat anything or try to recommend treatments unnecessarily. She listened carefully to my concerns, gave me realistic advice about what could be achieved, and recommended what she genuinely felt was the best course of treatment for me.
I left the consultation feeling informed, reassured and really excited about moving forward. I’m now looking forward to completing my treatment and seeing the final results. So far, a very positive experience and I feel I’m in good hands. I will update this post with my results.

I had a re-evaluation of a thread lift I had done abroad which suddenly acted up by Dr Vadim, who was very reassuring, and was able to explain clearly and concisely what had happened, what to do, and why. My wife and I recently visited the clinic—I had a facial, and she received Botox. I can honestly say this is the best clinic I have ever been to.From the moment we walked in, the environment was immaculately clean and incredibly welcoming. The staff were so friendly, guiding us through the entire process and patiently answering every question we had. We were both a bit nervous because of poor experiences at other clinics in the past, but the team completely put us at ease.The treatments themselves were absolutely phenomenal. My facial was one of the best I’ve ever had; I saw a visible improvement in my skin within the first 10 minutes, and the radiant results have lasted. My wife's Botox treatment with Dr. Nyla was exceptional—virtually pain-free, and it has already done wonders for her.Thank you so much to Dr. Nyla and the entire team for turning what we expected to be a nerve-wracking day into an amazing experience. Had my flank and stomach  fat frozen with Coolsculpt.  Ace results..  Emma looked after me due to having lots of questions beforehand.
Louisa did a thorough job.

I will return for more toning and tightening treatments which Doctor Nyla advised, when I am back in UK.

I had the Emerald laser done with the Medispa with nurse Antonia  was amazing. She really explained everything and all of the benefits and the side effects. I cannot wait to see my final results. I can already see improvements

I went in for a softwave treatment and all of the staff were so kind and welcoming with everyone making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. I couldn’t be happier with my results, my skin looks so healthy and replenished now and I will 100% be going back again. I met Elana at the front desk who was so helpful and explained everything perfectly to me. The staff who did my treatment were super professional and sweet.
