The procedure can be revealed by the Sun’s Bizarre column which has made her look “younger” following a stressful few years due to the fallout of her split from husband Stephen Belafonte.
Mel, 43, uploaded a picture of her at the cosmetic surgery saying: “I believe in being the best version of yourself and I’m a great believer of looking and keeping your natural beauty.
“I love the fact that you don’t have to take drastic scary procedures and go under the knife. It’s important we start talking about it more so more people know about the safer and more natural options out there.”
Fans of Loose Women had noticed a difference in her face during her appearance on the ITV chat show and praised her look.
One said: “Mel B looks absolutely stunning today on @loosewomen”
Another asked: “Apart from her hair why does Mel B look so different?”
And another Twitter user said: “She looks so hot!”

Only last week the Sun’s Executive Editor Dan Wootton revealed Stephen was adamant the Spice Girls band member will not be able to reveal the horrors of their marriage.
He told Dan: “I’ll bet you a billion dollars I am not mentioned in her book.”
And Mel fears she will lose her America’s Got Talent job after admitting she and her ex-husband owe £500,000 in US tax.
Dr. Nyla Raja at the Medispa Wilmslow Clinic performed the cosmetic facelift which produces collagen and elastin which process stops when women hit their 40s.
She says Mel came to her having endured a stressful period in her life.
The decrease in collagen and elastin is part of people’s aging process and the reason behind skin sagging.
Dr. Nyla told the Sun: “When you smile everything goes back to how it was. But when you’re in your 40s and you smile and relax, your body isn’t producing elastin, so it kind of stays there.
“If we artificially radio frequency and ultrasound we can cause the production of collagen and elastin.
“I think she’s been through a lot of stress in her life recently.
